Mud-Pie Cake

Sift all dry ingredients into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Make 3 holes in the mixture.
Put the oil in the first hole, the vinegar in second hole and vanilla in the third hole.
Pour water over all. Stir until it is mixed and smooth.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
