Mud Hen Bars
Mud Hen Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening (part butter), 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 eggs, separated and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream shortening and sugar.
Beat in whole egg and two egg yolks.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Combine the two mixes.
Blend thoroughly.
Spread batter in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows over the batter.
Beat the two egg whites until stiff.
Fold in brown sugar.
Spread over top of batter.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
