Ms. Linda's Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ms. Linda'S Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and shortening.
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool slightly on cookie sheet.
Remove to wire rack.
Yield
2 dozen.
