Mrs. S'S Sausage And Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Remove casing from sausage; fry sausage and scramble.
Cool and pour off fat.
In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients with wooden spoon.
Make pie crusts.
Put into 10-inch deep pie glass dish.
Brush 1 egg white over top of pie crust and slit holes on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
