Sift together flour, sugar, salt and soda.
Mix together with spatula.
Make a hole in the mixture; add rest of ingredients. Blend (don't beat) and stir easy with spatula so as not to mash bananas.
Bake in 3 layer cake pans at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Ice with cream cheese icing.
Can be baked in tube or sheet cake pan.
