Mrs. Collin's Tater Tot Casserole
Mrs. Collin'S Tater Tot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tsp. salt, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and your favorite cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Add salt and stir. Pour the beef mixture into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Spoon the mushroom soup over the beef mixture and cover with a layer of cheese. Top with Tater Tots and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
