Mozzarella Loaf
Mozzarella Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 long loaf italian bread, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. sliced olives and 1 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Cut Italian bread crosswise into 1-inch slices.
Do not cut through bottom crust.
Cut Mozzarella cheese into 1/4-inch slices.
Place cheese slices and olives between bread slices.
Then place the bread on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is hot. Sprinkle loaf with oregano.
With a knife divide loaf into slices. Serve hot.
