Mix flour, sugar and cocoa together in a large saucepan.
Add 1 cup milk.
Beat egg yolks in with other cup of milk.
Combine into saucepan with other mixture.

As mixture thickens, add butter and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Add meringue on top.
