Mounds Candy Balls
Mounds Candy Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) bags coconut, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 2 sticks margarine, melted, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix first 5 ingredients.
In double boiler, melt paraffin wax and chocolate chips.
Place coconut mixture in freezer to harden to make handling easier.
Take out of freezer; roll into small balls, a few at a time.
Place mixture back in freezer.
Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.
Makes 7 dozen.
