Mounds Cake
Mounds Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chocolate cake mix, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 (15 oz.) can crème of coconut, 1 small bowl whipped cream and 1 small bag coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Bake cake as directed on box in a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Leave in pan.
When cooled, mix together the crème of coconut and Eagle Brand milk.
Punch holes in cooled cake with handle of wooden spoon.
Pour mixture of coconut crème and milk over cake, then spread bowl of whipped cream over cake.
Then sprinkle coconut all over top of that.
