Mother's Mexican Casserole
Mother'S Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies and 1 large can ranch style beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown hamburger.
Layer bottom of casserole dish with tortilla strips, hamburger meat, tomatoes, beans, onion and cheese.
Mix soups together with small amount of water and spread over top of casserole.
Begin layering again and end up with cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 10 minutes.
