Mother's I-45 Cream Cheese Cake
Mother'S I-45 Cream Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 egg, beaten, 1 yellow cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine melted butter, 1 egg and cake mix.
Spread mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan (will be thick).
Combine cream cheese, eggs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cake mixture and bake at 325Β° for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. (Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.)
