Mother's Fudge
Mother'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. cocoa, 3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. margarine (use stick), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Thoroughly combine dry ingredients in a heavy, 4-quart saucepan.
Stir in milk and bring to a bubbly boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil, without stirring, to a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add margarine and vanilla.
Do not stir.
Cool at room temperature (110Β°).
