Mother's Day Kisses
Mother'S Day Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 225Β°.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add cream of tartar and salt.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Sprinkle sugar in gradually, a spoonful at a time.
Continue beating until the whites are very stiff.
Beat in vanilla.
Drop heaping spoons on baking sheets.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Makes about 30.
