Mother's Banana Pudding
Mother'S Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can milk, 1 can water, 1 stick margarine, 1 1/4 c. sugar or sweeten to taste and 4 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix milk and water.
Add stick of margarine, sugar and egg yolks and beat.
Bring to a boil.
Keep stirring until it changes color, then slowly add cornstarch.
In 4-quart pan, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas and mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff add sugar to taste.
Spread on top.
Brown in oven.
