Mostaccioli
Mostaccioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground sirloin, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 large onion, peeled, ends removed and chopped, 2 cloves garlic, peeled, ends removed and minced and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until well done, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain excess fat; set meat aside.
Over medium heat in same skillet, cook onion in vegetable oil until golden, about 5 minutes.
Do not let onion turn brown.
Add garlic, pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil and oregano.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
