Mostaccioli
Mostaccioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 2 c. (1 lb.) canned tomatoes and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat and drain.
Add green pepper and onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer half the noodles, half the meat sauce and half the Velveeta cheese.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
