Mosette
Mosette is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 pkg. noodles, boiled and blanched, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can tomatoes, 1 bunch celery, chopped and pinch of soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain boiled and blanched noodles; set aside.
Simmer together in a skillet the tomato soup, tomatoes, celery and soda.
In another skillet brown the onions, green peppers, pork and beef in bacon fat.
Stir in mushrooms and the cheese.
Add garlic and salt to taste.
Simmer until cheese is melted, then combine with noodles and tomato mixture.
Place all in 2 large glass casseroles and cook at 350Β° until bubbly.
Serves 20.
