Morning Mix-Up is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. frozen hash browns, 1 c. chopped fully cooked ham, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. cooking oil and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large skillet, saute potatoes, ham and onion in oil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
In a small bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper.
Add to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set.
Remove from heat and gently stir in cheese.
Spoon onto a serving platter; sprinkle with chives.
