Morning Glory Muffins
Morning Glory Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Stir in carrots, raisins and apples.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla and stir into flour mixture.
Spoon into well-greased muffin cups (or paper-lined), filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 18 large muffins.
