Morning Glory Eggs
Morning Glory Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained or 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, 1 doz. eggs, soft scrambled in 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 c. sour cream and 4 oz. each sharp or mild cheddar and either mozzarella, monterey jack or swiss cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Stir sour cream into eggs, then pour into prepared dish.
Sprinkle sausage or bacon over eggs, then cheeses.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° until heated through and bubbly and cheeses are melted, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with salsa, garlic cheese grits, angel biscuits and fresh fruit.
