Morning Brownies
Morning Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. pancake or waffle mix, 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
In medium bowl, stir together the pancake or waffle mix, cocoa and sugar.
Combine milk, oil and egg and add to bowl, mixing just until blended.
Stir in bran flakes.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until the top springs back when lightly pressed. Cut into squares, top with vanilla yogurt or fresh fruit, if desired.
