Mop Sauce
Mop Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme, 1 1/3 c. water, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and 1 1/3 tsp. monosodium glutamate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine consomme and water and bring to a boil.
Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight at room temperature.
Makes 2 quarts sauce.
This is used for basting meats for barbecue.
It is applied with a wooden handle dish mop soaked in sauce.
