Moon Cookies
Moon Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 sticks margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder (heaping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks, margarine and sugar until well blended.
Add flour and baking powder and mix.
Add vanilla and mix.
Fold in unbeaten egg whites, gently, until mixture is smooth.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
Spread evenly. Sprinkle with ground nuts on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut with glass, making circles that overlap one another to make moons.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
