Monterey Spaghetti
Monterey Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces, 1 egg, 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat egg.
Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and half the onions.
Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining onions; return to the oven for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
