Soften cream cheese and spread in bottom of 8 x 8-inch or 10-inch quiche plate.
Then spoon chili on top of cheese evenly. Grate Monterey cheese evenly over chili and bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes, then use tortilla chips as dippers.
