Monterey Chicken Fajitas
Monterey Chicken Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips, 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
