Monterey Casserole
Monterey Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 3/4 tsp. salt, 16 oz. can tomato sauce and 2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook beef in skillet for 5 minutes or until done.
Add onion, salt and tomato sauce.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
If adding chili powder, do so now.
Place about 3 cups chips in casserole and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350Β° for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
