Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, 2 lb. brown sugar, 4 c. granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large bowl or dishpan, beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients in order, mixing thoroughly (easiest to mix with your hands after the oatmeal goes in!).
Use ice cream scoop to put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
The uncooked dough freezes well and cooks best when thawed to room temperature.
