Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar, 3 eggs and 2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter and add sugar.
Beat well.
Add eggs, peanut butter, syrup, vanilla, oats, baking soda, salt, M&M's and chocolate chips, beating after each addition.
Drop 1/4 cup dough on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Press lightly to form 3 1/2-inch circle.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
