Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar, 3 eggs and 2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla extract and corn syrup; beat well.
Add oats, soda and salt, stirring well.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls, 4 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes (centers of cookies will be slightly soft).
Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
