Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1 1/4 c. scalded milk, cooled and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a small bowl, mix yeast and water.
Set aside.
Mix sugar, butter and eggs.
Beat as you would a cake.
Add milk and yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour and salt.
Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth.
Set in a warm place to rise until it doubles in size.
Knead again and cut into 48 balls.
Roll each ball in Coating Mixture.
