Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 1 c. crisco, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix dry yeast and 1 cup warm water.
Set aside.
With mixer, mix Crisco, sugar and salt, then add the beaten eggs.
Stir in boiling water and the yeast mixture.
Add flour.
Knead for 8 minutes.
Put in greased bowl; let rise for 2 hours.
Roll out thin and cut in strips 2 or 3 inches long.
Dip each piece in melted butter and cross up in Bundt pan.
Let rise 2 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
