Momma'S Red Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 3 strips bacon, 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes and 1 to 1 1/4 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
