Mom's Rice Balls
Mom'S Rice Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rice, 5 meatballs, crushed, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. grated parmesan and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Drain if necessary.
Mix all remaining ingredients together and then add warm rice.
(Use a large bowl, this makes a lot.)
After rice mixture is well blended, form into balls about the size of a tennis ball.
Roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot (350Β°) oil, a few at a time until golden brown.
Makes about 21 rice balls.
