Mom's Pasta Fagioli
Mom'S Pasta Fagioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 can progresso cannellini beans, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 lb. small pasta (shells, elbows, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large saucepan, brown chopped garlic in oil over low heat.
Remove pan from heat and add entire can of cannellini beans, including liquid.
Fill can with water three times and add water to pan. Put on medium-high and add tomato sauce, parsley and garlic powder.
