Mom's Parmesan Potatoes
Mom'S Parmesan Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper, 6 to 8 red new potatoes, quartered and 1/3 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In Ziploc bag, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Put quartered potatoes in Ziploc bag mixture and coat them.
Place potatoes one by one in baking dish of butter.
When all potatoes are coated and placed in baking dish, bake in oven at 325Β° for 1 hour.
