Mom's Nut Bread
Mom'S Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. oleo, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs and 4 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream eggs, oleo and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Add salt and baking soda to the flour.
Alternately add flour and sour milk to creamed mixture.
Batter will have a cake batter like consistency.
Add your ground walnuts.
Pour batter into three greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour.
Doneness: Check as you would a cake.
Will make three loaves if baked in 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pans.
