Mom's Meat Loaf
Mom'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk, 2/3 c. finely crushed saltines, 1/2 c. onions and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage and pepper.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Spread 3/4 cup of this over meat loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 65 minutes until no pink remains.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with remaining sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
