Mom's Macaroni
Mom'S Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, dash of pepper and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender and drain. In saucepan, melt butter.
Blend in flour and pepper.
Mix milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
