Mom's Lemon Icebox Pie
Mom'S Lemon Icebox Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 2 eggs, 1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1 vanilla wafer pie crust, lined with whole vanilla wafers around the edge, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Break eggs and separate.
Put whites in mixing bowl and save to whip for meringue.
Put yellows in another bowl and beat a little.
Add Eagle Brand milk and mix, then add lemon juice gradually.
When all is mixed, pour into a vanilla wafer crust. Whip egg whites and use as meringue.
