Mom's Lasagna
Mom'S Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hamburger, 2 large cloves garlic, 2 cans tomato soup, 1/2 c. water and 1 pt. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano and basil in skillet.
Add soup, water and vinegar.
Simmer for 30 minutes. Arrange layers of sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
End with sauce and Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
