Combine oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon in very, very large stainless the bran flakes, honey and vanilla. If regular oatmeal, sprinkle 1 cup of water all over the mixture.

Stir well before baking.

Bake at a low heat for 1 hour, stirring thoroughly every 15 minutes.

If not using stainless steel bowl, baking pan before baking!
