Mom's Goulash
Mom'S Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 green pepper (optional), 1 c. celery (optional), 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 can red kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a frying pan, saute in butter or oleo the onions, pepper and celery.
Add meat; cook until done and drain off fat.
Add beans, tomato juice, macaroni, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot as is or over corn bread.
