Mom'S Earthquake Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans or 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam.
Spread pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour over pecans and coconut mixture.
