Mom's Cranberry Salad
Mom'S Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberries, 2 oranges with peels, 2 chopped apples, 2 c. sugar and 2 pkg. lemon gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grind together in food chopper the cranberries and oranges. Take the ground mixture and place in gelatin mold.
Add sugar, apples and nuts.
Prepare gelatin according to directions on the box (less 3/4 or 1 cup of water; the oranges and cranberries have at least that much juice already).
Allow to chill in refrigerator until it gels.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Great for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner!
