Mom's Chocolate Pudding
Mom'S Chocolate Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 8 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1 2/3 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, salt, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla together.
Add milk and mix well. Put 5 tablespoons of cocoa, sugar and hot water in the bottom of 9-inch round or square pan and mix.
Drop batter in pan by large tablespoonfuls.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Wonderful served warm with vanilla ice cream.
