Mom's Chocolate Cheesecake
Mom'S Chocolate Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, 2 egg whites and yolks and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, walnuts, vanilla and 3 egg yolks in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler over medium heat and combine with other mixture in bowl.
Continue mixing and fold in 1 cup whipping cream and egg whites.
Fill in graham cracker crust, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
