Mix sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and coffee in large mixing bowl.
In separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add sifted flour mixture to the sugar mixture until blended.
Finally add boiling water.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and frost.
