Mom's Chicken Casserole
Mom'S Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. boned chicken, 2 c. mushroom soup, 1/2 soup can milk, uncle ben's wild rice (small) and small bag pepperidge farm herb stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix chicken, soup, milk and cooked rice.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
In skillet, melt butter.
Pour in stuffing and stir until blended and toasted.
Spread over top.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until bubbling hot.
Do not cover while baking.
Makes 9 x 13-inch casserole.
